Gliding In Kyrgyzstan

TENTATIVE ITINERARY:
DAY 1: Arrive in Bishkek. Accommodations in guest house or home-stay.
DAY 2: Fly at Chong Tash. Launch/landing areas equipped with wind-gauge and wind-cones. Mingle with the Kyrgyz flying crowd.
DAY 3: Fly off the Chong Tash hills. Our flight-instructors have over 300 in-flight hours.
DAY 4: Fly at Teo Ashuu. Accommodations at High altitude clinic (no joke) at the pass or in tents.
DAY 5: Continue discovering the Suusamyr valley. Trail flights may be possible. Camp for the night.
DAY 6: Ride to Kadzhi Say. Stay over night with the eagle hunter in Bokombaevo. Keep fingers crossed so all the bad weather concentrates around this one non-flying day.
DAY 7: Fly from the Kadzhi Say site. Enjoy the slopes of Terskei Ala-Too, shaded by the Tien-Shan pine. Camp for the night.
DAY 8: Fly from the Kadzhi Say site. Explore the remains of once a semi-conductor production facility, visit shoreline resorts. Ride to Jety Oguz for hot springs treatment if time permits.
DAY 9: Return to Bishkek. Plunder the Bohemian oasis of Bishkek.
DAY 10: Depart from Bishkek.
